Daiwa Felicity Swing Master - Chi Swing Machine - Passive Aerobic Exerciser, Swing Master with Figure Trimmer - Lymphatic Massager, Body Shaker, Leg Exercise, FSA/HSA Eligible

I bought this machine and use it everyday. I bought a new 'orthopedic' flat dog bed, cover with a sheet and lay on this on the floor when using the Chi Swing Machine. I use this for an hour (sometimes two hours while watching tv) & fall asleep while using. I feel more mobility and range of motion in my hips/legs and overall in my body. It's definitely improved my overall sense of well being. I use it at ankles, then move it to my calves, then under my upper thighs. (never under the knees). I combined the Chi Swing Machine (daily), with the Yofuly Electric Roller Massager (every other day) and the Dalwa Felicity Max Pro Chiropractic Massager (everyday). The progress I have made in this combined practice of application has been truly life changing. The heavy, thick feeling, swelling, & inflammation in my lower body (legs, calves, thighs) has been greatly reduced and my arthritic stiffness has improved significantly. The best part is no pain meds, no expensive massages, no visits to the chiropractor for adjustments. I really feel relaxed and yet like I did a 'work out' without hurting myself. I walk 3 miles 2 X's per week, chair yoga once per week and lift 3lb weights (15 mins). I stretch as often as I can (which is never enough LOL). However, being a little expensive, investing in myself and adding this 'practice' of self care (by using the Chi Swing (the main component), Electric Roller and Max Pro chiropractic massager has been life changing. I highly recommend.

Verdict is still out BUT… it’s best to start slow so I used 5 minutes twice a day for a couple days, took about 5 days to get up to 10-11 minutes and after 1.5 weeks I’m at 15 minutes once a day although would like to find time for twice a day. I’ll listen to a guided meditation while I use it.On day 5 I started peeing more frequently than usual. That lasted about 2 days. And although this will sound negative, I actually see this as the machine is working, on day 7 I came down with a cold and I’d lost 2 lbs. Arguably it’s probably mostly water weight at this point. But in the past when I’ve tried costly things to make my lymphatic system function better and lose weight the release of the toxins in the melted fat cells has made me deal with mild sickness. Between zinc and vitamin C supplements and continuing to use the machine I felt better in 3 days. Day 10 stiffness in my shoulders that I’ve carried for months and couldn’t justify the expense or find available time for a massage to get rid of, is almost gone. Also after using it today I felt more limber getting off the floor. That’s not an easy task for me. It still wasn’t easy today but it was noticeably easier.

Like many people, I saw this machine on the TV show “Better Call Saul” and I was intrigued. It has been impressive, relaxing and helps loosen my back. It is very well made and sturdy and also works well for my much larger husband.

Amazon asked me to rate on different aspects; pain relief, sturdiness, and ease of use. Well, in my opinion, if it causes pain, the other two don't matter. However, to be fair, it is. easy to use. You just turn the dial and it's sturdy as it doesn't rock. It just sits on the floor.So I'm old now. I'm 40 so maybe that's why I'm starting to have back problems. But I was hoping that this would work. But really, I was getting laid off and I needed to use my FSA money before I lost it. So I got this machine because it was within my FSA budget and I had only days left to use it or lose it.So in this regard, this is a very expensive loss for me, because it causes lower back pain I cannot use it, and I can't return it because FSA has rules like that. It's unfortunate because FSA is my money i've earned but it's pre tax, so it can only be used for health care items, and can only be returned to the FSA account and not exchange for cash or Amazon gift card. It can be returned back to FSA account, but that won't exist tomorrow.I'm so disappointed It's so expensive for such a colossal waste of money. You lay down, you put your feet in there. The ankles are a little bit uncomfortable. It's not terrible. You can control how fast it goes from turning the dial.After I did it, it feels interesting immediately after, but doesn't hurt the first day, the first use. The next day my lower back started to become quite acutely painful when I awoke. I used the machine four more times to see if it just needed to get broken in or adjusted to it, because I read the review that said it took her a week (however she thinks it detoxes her body, so, should in hindsight, maybe not the most reliable review. After 5 uses, my lower back is seriously painful right now.I can't use it and I can't return it, and I'm really upset about this. Learn a lesson from my loss.

2.5 stars: I already have a higher quality model and was going to give this as a gift. I tried it to make sure it was good quality. It is loud compared to a higher priced equipment. I’m petite and it is still unstable and base comes off the floor rocking side to side as it swings. I do not recommend this product for anyone above 100lbs. I’m under 120lbs 5’5”. The shipping was fast. I went through the return, refund process, so it’s not instant, took about 2 weeks for full refund. The weight is appropriate for its size.

I use this pretty regularly! Great way to exercise with very little effort!
