ORIGINAL REVIEW - On a trip to Cali, my wife left the charger for her laptop at home. Looked on Amazon and bought this one. It was delivered the next morning to Whole Foods right down the street. I works perfectly! Exactly as it should. Quality is as good as OEM. I highly recommend it.UPDATED REVIEW - After 3-months of use the power supply FAILED. No way to contact their customer circus for a warranty replacement. I guess if you want a disposable PS, this would be good. I expected it to last a few years. Disappointed.SECOND UPDATE - The seller's customer service reached out to me and immediately replaced the power supply. Thumbs up for this! Not many companies would do this. I will buy again without hesitation. Thanks!

Failed after 5 months…but they made it right
This worked fine for 5 months and just stopped working. It may have also burnt out my battery because I just had to replace that. Everything is working fine with our spare genuine HP power adapter.EDIT: I do have to credit the company for doing the right thing and refunding my purchase.
