Easy fit
Love these units. Not going to heat your room like a traditional heater, but will warm anything in front of it.

Good investment.
Bought for a slightly damp feeling bedroom with an intermittent mould problem rather than for heating the room like you would with a conventional heater. So far, seems to work just fine. We bought the 350w version just to take the chill out of the air in a room that always felt a bit chilly and slightly damp even with the radiator on full blast.A bit pricey for what it is but that's the state of play at the moment with infrared panels.Works perfectly. No more damp chill and the condensation on the windows in the mornings is now nearly gone, reduced by about 85%.Does not heat the air like a radiator or convection heater but heats the objects in the room which then absorb the heat and reflect it back into the space gradually building up the ambient temperature.Think of it like a big torch chucking out invisible light. Whatever the light hits warms up and reflects the light off their surfaces back into the room. Obviously like a torch, placement is everything, we have it so that the centre of the panel is at about eye level on a wall with no obstructions with a good " view" of the room. The direct heat can only be felt up to about three to four feet away and is like being in the sun on a spring day. Obviously a higher wattage rating will chuck more heat out further but the higher you go, the more the power will cost bringing it into convection or oil radiator territory but you may need a more powerful one or a couple of moderate wattage panels for larger spaces. The panel is very light and made of aluminium sheet. It looks like one of those whiteboards that the boss uses to explain his brilliant ideas with using those rub off markers. As you might be able to see from the accompanying photo, the panel will warrp very slightly as it heats up, this is usual. The panel gets quite warm to the touch but not hot enough to cause injury or damage, maybe as hot as a radiator on high settings. The panel will cut out when it gets to whatever the temperature is set to and will turn on as it detects a temperature drop. There is an app for the panel that you can download, it's quite basic and a bit pointless as the temperature control and timer are next to the on / off switch anyway but might be of use to some.Very happy with the panel, for what we wanted from it. The cats have now taken up residence in the bedroom and like to bask in the " beam" radiating from the panel and, although the effect is subtle, it has made the room a much nicer place to be.Niggles,The panel came with a Euro plug and a weird flip open Euro to UK adapter with no wiring in the UK component. Probably works fine but I prefer a ground wire somewhere in the circuit. Used a spare Euro to UK plug that we had laying aroundThe power chord is quite short, just reaching the floor with the panel at eye level so you may need an extension lead. The panel when on for a while makes a "ticking" sort of noise a bit like a car engine cooling down. Not really noticeable during the day but might annoy some people at night. The on / off switch glows orange / red when on ( fair enough! ) and there is a blue flashing light on the control panel that I can't seem to turn off, can be a bit annoying in the dark. The control panel could be a bit more tactile as the buttons are quite small and you have to " dig in" with your fingertip. The temperature settings are a bit inaccurate so I just set it to its highest setting and let it do it's thing. All in all, I am happy with the panel, It does what I want I to do just fine. A bit pricey for what it is but that's the state of play at the moment with infrared panels. Will work out cheaper than conventional heaters in the medium to long term.

Extremely poor quality product and appalling customer service
I purchased an IR heater from this company, and within less than a month, the remote control—which also functions as the thermostat—stopped working. Since the remote/thermostat is integral to the heater’s operation, the unit is now completely useless. To make matters worse, their customer service refuses to send me a replacement remote (as if I will sell it in the black market). I paid a professional to install the heater on the wall, and removing it will cause damage to the wall. Yet, they are refusing to reimburse me for either the installation or the wall repairs.Do not waste your time or money with this company. Avoid them at all costs.

Nice and cosy now!
Purchased this for my cold office, very impressed, easy to fit and operate. The app works well, although a bit difficult to set up however achieved after a few attempts, possible this was my inabilities. Impressed with the app easy to use and intuitive. Nice and cosy now!

Good heat output. Poor build quality.
Cheap unit. Throws out a decent heat. WiFi control is great. Shame it doesn't work with Alexa.Mounting is fiddly. The build quality isn't great. The front cover is coming away and isn't covered by the frame. See photo.Good option for a home office or to try out infra-red heating.

OK IF YOU GET THE RIGHT WATTAGE
Bought this as an experiment after reading that National Trust are using infrared heating in some of their Scottish properties. The principle seems to work but this particular heater at 360 watts is only enough for a quite small room, unable to verify running costs but the warmth is very pleasant within a reasonable distance of it. OK in conservatory during the day, but because of the open window function when the temperature drops it appears to switch off, but since I have not spent the night in the conservatory I cannot be sure exactly what is happening. Overall I think if you get the right wattage these heaters are quite good, no good for bedrooms though because of the red light on the thermostat, unless you don’t mind a light at night.
