Lil' Lion Infant Costume

This costume is extremely cute! I read so many reviews before ordering and almost did not purchase . I went ahead and made the purchase just to see for myself I loved it that much online! My son is so adorable in it!! The head piece is nice and it fits fine and the whole suit is really made well. The costume is made pretty warm with fleece just if that makes any difference for you. The tail attaches with Velcro and it can be shaped however you want it. The sizing is a little larger than original sizing but it's nothing for me to complain about. I love it on him! Knowing that it does run a bit bigger I would size down just a little but you don't have to. My little guy is 16months and can wear 18m-24m and sometimes 2t so I got the large and it's a tiny bit longer but it's nothing really major. You would want it a little bigger than too small. Alot of people said the fabric and tail was terrible and that may be true for what they recieved but mine was great so just see for yourself I guess. The tail is long and is wired all the way through. The only negative about this costume is the price, it is really expensive but nice! I hope this review helps to make your decision easier!!

I ordered this for my 15 month old for and was very pleased! It's well made and surprisingly thick and warm. It was chilly and windy where I live on Halloween, and my child stayed toasty warm in just the costume with a fleece sleeper underneath. This costume is super adorable, and comes with everything your little one needs to be a lion.A few of the other lion costumes I considered did not come with paw booties, this one did and they seem to be a true example of "one size fits all". My child is average weight, and tall for his age. He wears 12 month onesies and tops, and 18 month pants. I ordered size 18-24 months, wanting extra room to layer clothes underneath. It fit exactly how I expected and wanted.The mane did shed a bit, but it seems just to be left over from the manufacturing process. I took a few minutes to pull the extra clumps off and shedding ceased to be an issue after that. (Note: this did not cause the mane to lose "fur" or become sparse.)This costume was perfect for our Wizard of Oz theme and I am very pleased with it. I saw a few other baby lion costumes while trick or treating and this was honestly my favorite, and the best looking in my opinion. Phenomenal deal and product, especially for the price! I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. My son is 15 months and about 30 lbs and this fit pretty good. A little big but gave him room. I’m glad it wasn’t all tight. The costume made him very hot inside the house so luckily it was a bit chilly for halloween! It kept him perfect temperature with no clothes on underneath being outside for Halloween. Everyone loved this costume. It was great! Tons of compliments. Best lion costume there is out there. The tail stayed on the whole time. The mane is awesome. The little paws for the feet were so cute. Easy to put on and get off. My son kept the mane on the whole time too. If you want your kid to be a lion, get this costume!!!!! A+++++

it was a bit larger than expected but it ended up working out great. The extra space, especially through the legs, allowed for a more humorous fit in my opinion and the result was the cutest lion dude on the borrowed block (the external feedback confirms this, not just biased parent ignorance; one couple said 'top 5 cute', up from the original 'top 10 cute', not sure who the other 4 were but that's probably the b.p.i.). I wish the velcro on the head was a bit bigger, and is probably worth tossing in the dryer for a bit to eliminate some of the fuzz that undoubtedly comes off. It is pretty warm (which worked in our climate) otherwise he might wear it more often, or... i might.

I ordered this costume for my 2 year old daughter... my toddler does look cute in it, BUT the quality is just not what the picture is showing!!!! the hair part of the the lion's head is not the soft furry texture but is actually made of some cheap cotton fur that comes off as fur balls every 5 mins around her mouth, the color is one flat color (not varying as it is being shown) and the it has only two layers of the folding hair, not three at the bottom as it is shown on the photo. my baby is little small for her age, the body suit fit fine (so it runs little small) BUT the head part was way too big. Total rip-off, over-priced costume. Baby is going to look cute in pretty much anything, but this company is totally abusing it, thinking the parents would be satified with this piece of junk. i would NOT recommend this product for anybody.

Super cute BUT the headpiece was pretty snug. I got a 2T for my 9 month old since he wears 18 month clothes just to be safe. It came true to size so I did have to make minor alterations. But i was shocked at how small it was around the neck/face especially for a 2T. If i would have gotten the smaller size, there is NO WAY my little one would have fit in it. The rest of the head piece was large and so i altered that as well. Overall, definitely worth it to buy since it was excellent quality material and detailed. Just be ready to custom tailer it a bit and hope that the head piece closes around the neck.

LOVE this costume!! It fit perfect, my son is in between 18 months and 24 months. We live in the Midwest so this is perfect for the cold weather. The outside fabric is made out of fleece and the inside has a silky fabic inside. The tail is attached via Velcro and has a bendable metal wire in it so you can pose it how ever you want. It sits high enough that he isn't sitting on it.The costume zips up the back but also has snaps in the legs for easy diaper changes. The feet of the costume are seperate little slippers which are plenty big enough to put on over shoes for added warmth. This costume is the nicest costume I've seen. I'm so glad I didn't buy any of the costumes I have seen in a variety of stores.
