My husband bought this for me, as I opened the amazon box I was hit with a fruit bubblegum scent. The tea tastes good but there isn't a huge fruit taste it mostly tastes like ginger. I like this tea, not sure if it makes me calmer but it is a nice tea.

Love the Ashwaganda tea. I'll have a bag of this paired with 2 bags of green tea in a jar for cold brew. I get the energy with out the anxiety/stress. I've tried supplements before, but they were too strong, in tea form the dose is just right!
