Once in a while, you find a product that you just cannot stop going back to because it works incredibly well.For CHAPPED LIPS, don't miss out on this little wonder! Blistex has been my go-to lip balm since I was a freshman in high school and that really is saying a lot. I think we all enjoy experimenting with so many other lip products out there, especially with how colorful they are or how flavorful they are (I've ALWAYS been a fan of spearmint flavor-- woot woot!) but at the end of the day, it doesn't make me happy if the item doesn't do its frikking job! Maaaannn, I don't CARE if costs me $.99 or $99.99-- I will not be reinvesting my pretty pennies toward things that don't work!Blistex for me has been my best friend through winter, all the way year round to summer! The brisk winter air and that dry heat from the sun is NO joke! This thing will re-moisturize your lips without it feeling like it's just sitting on top of it, and that's because it really is working to PROTECT your lips WHILE IT HEALS them. Honestly, I can have three months' worth of misery from chapped, broken, and injured lips (are any of you guilty of picking at the dead skin when it gets dry or am I the only one?) and absolutely NOTHING will nurse it back to health except Blistex.I can apply it in the morning and by late evening I can feel my lips restoring. One way I can tell quickly is that it doesn't hurt to SMILE! My lips pull but it doesn't HURT! Hell, I even keep it on at night while I sleep and allow the treatment to work its magic all through the night. By the next morning, there has always been results for me. There's no other thing I run to when my lips are messed up.You should do yourselves a favor: try Blistex now-- it could be your next best thing.

This is an excellent product by Blistex which is becoming very difficult to find in stores as many are not carrying it any more. No longer can I find in my local stores the 0.38oz Lip Medex product. You might find a 3 pack of the smaller jars 0.25oz in the store if you're lucky, but mostly I see you have to find the product online. This product is kind of as described in that you do get 2 jars but they are not in a sealed pack. Blistex products have varied over the years, sometimes packaged, sometimes without packaging. Was very pleased that the product arrived in one day.

When my nostrils are dry, I sometimes take a Q-tip with MedEx and swab my nostrils, coating the inner membranes. It works great and it hasn't killed me yet! I've been doing this for twenty years now. I think it may even provide some resistance to rhino viruses...but this is only anecdotal.

This heals your lips quickly better than any other chapstick.

I love BLISTEX. Nothing else works in winter months.
