Perfect for high cervix!
I struggled with the Diva cup (both sizes) on and off for several years. The cups were personally too hard for me and would migrate so high up I had an extremely hard time removing the cup. Not to mention that the rims seemed to push on my bladder and no matter how small I'd try to squish the cup on removal, it was painful!Fast forward to quarantine and I decided to give menstrual cups a try again. I did a ton of research and while the quiz on the Put a Cup In It website suggested the Lily cup for my high cervix (which I didn't realize was a thing until I found that website!) the Lily cup sadly ended up being just too soft and getting a good seal every single time is difficult. (Though when I did manage to get a good seal the Lily cup was great!)Since the Lily cup experience was so-so for me I kept searching and that's when I found the Venus cup on Menstrual cup previews website and decided to try the starter kit as the price was perfect for both sizes.I love it!I haven't tried the small size as my flow this month was super heavy. At first I was leery by how big the large appears but once I get it in and into the right place it fits perfectly. Weird thing about it though is for every other cup I've tried I always use the 'Punch Down' fold. However, for me and the large Venus cup, the only fold that works is the 'C' fold. Go figure!? I don't always feel or hear the pop of the cup opening but this cup was easier for me to nudge back and forth and up and down and every time I gave it a chance it did open up properly and make a seal for me with not much extra effort or having to remove it and try again. Also I was leery about the big round base of it and expected it to push on my bladder or feel uncomfortable. It's not the case! It's also not difficult for me to grab the base of and break the seal. With my high cervix this cup, because of its size, doesn't travel so far up that it's difficult to get out. I don't trim the stem at all and can find the cup easily (REMEMBER NEVER PULL THE CUP OUT BY THE STEM! IT'S JUST TO HELP YOU FIND THE CUP TO REMOVE AND ALSO SHIFT THE CUP INTO PLACE AFTER INSERTING!)The rim is much softer on this cup than the Diva's and though the Venus is larger, it is not near as painful to remove as the whole cup itself is a bit softer in feel than the Diva (though nowhere near as soft as the Lily cup)I'm still learning this whole process but I have to say that 9 out of 10 times I have gotten the Venus large in, opened properly, gotten a good seal and had no leaks! It holds a lot and it great for us super heavy flow ladies.I'm very glad I tried this cup and I think it may definitely be the one!Every woman's body is different and what works for me may not work for you but if any of the issues I've mentioned or comparisons to other cups sound similar to you then this cup might be the ticket for you as well. Also as a side note, after purchasing the cup I got 2 separate emails from the Venus cup company through Amazon, one with a separate .pdf of the instruction manual (which by the way is the best I have seen for ANY cup! It's full of great info!) and the second email was just reaching out to make sure everything was okay and seeing if I was happy with the cup/had any questions. While most of the time I get a bit annoyed by this kind of email, I found this really nice of the company to do. Especially in making sure I had an extra manual! You rarely get that sort of extra treatment and I appreciated their effort.

These have been working long term!
These work great. I bought them years ago and I still use them regularly. They will get discoloration and an odor over time, which is normal for menstrual cups, but there are methods to clean them up for extended use.

No leakage
I never write reviews but by far it’s been the best cup I’ve used and I have a super heavy flow. I have endometriosis/PCOS. I have trust issues with past cups so I still use pads on the heavier days with the cup but I so far haven’t experienced any leakage. I’ll be buying a back up to have as well.

Finally a good size, but has its cons.
I'm 6'2, birthed 3 children, so naturally all parts of my body are larger than the average 5'4 woman. I also tend to get pretty heavy periods. My previous cups, (Dutchess L) I had issues with them leaking because they would get too full, or move out of place while I'm active and start leaking. Also, it seems like they were worse quality/more porous because I had an issue with them smelling.I've tried a disc and it allows too much flow to sneak out when I'm active or sitting different ways. So I can only use it on lighter days. This Large Venus cup was such an improvement because even though it has the same diameter as my last set, the fuller bowl shape (instead of more of a soft V shape) keeps it in place, and large capacity keeps on l it from leaking. On my heaviest day, I've had it fill ¾ from the top - and when I pinch it to take it out, there's enough room still so it doesn't spew blood all over my hand - it is completely contained.I've been using this cup for a year now, and just by rinsing it with water when I change it, and doing a 24h hydrogen peroxide / water soak 1:1 between every period, it's in perfect condition. No staining, no smells. I typically change it morning, afternoon, night to keep it from developing an odor. But sometimes just morning then evening, but I have to look at the time more carefully then.BIGGEST CON:Due to large size and firmness, I find it a little more painful/crampy on the first day. Also I have a hard time peeing because it's holding such a full shape inside me pressing on everything else. I have to press on my abdomen while I pee just to fully empty my bladder, and even then, the pee stream is really slow and takes too long, and at the end I wonder if I got out all out. So it really makes peeing uncomfortable. Also, it presses so much, it makes me feel like I need to pee more.I looked up a menstrual cup chart stats, and this one came up as 3 out of 5 for firmness making it completely average in firmness. So now I am shopping to find something similar size but softer.
