Pico Wiring Accessories 5593PT General Purpose Sealed Relay with 5-Pin Connector

This Pico Relay worked well for me. I bought mine to run a set of LED lights on my truck. The part appears high quality. I like the pigtails and water/dust proof design. Mine is installed inside the engine compartment and is still operating a year later(not that I'd expect less).Related:Baja Design lights rule! XL80s are nothing short of STUNNING.

I have examined, tested, abused, tried every way I could to get these relays and sockets to fail. I cannot find a reason NOT to use these over the more expensive Hellas. I subjected them to 100+ psi shop air in a sealed container with water and to almost -15 psi vacuum, also with water. They got HOT in the vacuum but in either + or - pressure, the seals were not compromised. Contacts remained dry. Well built, good fit and finish, wires seem more than consistant with the anticipated current draw. At least "as good" as the Hellas and less expensive.

I used it to retrofit a car with a bad internal fuel pump relay to have an external relay. A bit 'overkill', but it works perfectly!

Very nice relay for the price. It’s a little tricky to line up the pins when assembling but not over the top for a person with mechanical ability.

Really good relay. I sent one back but only because I was connecting the wires wrong. So a wiring diagram would be nice. Otherwise looks to be more durable than most.

I'm building a harness for my truck headlights to run 100 watt 9007 bulbs so I didn't want to cheap out on components. These are perfect for my build, really good quality build and they seal tight. I used some dielectric grease on the terminals just in case but I have no worries of leakage. The wire is 12 gauge on the powered ports and I think 16 or 18 on the ground and trigger lines. These are expensive but worth the money for critical components.

They are nice and waterproof. would like the mount to have a littler larger drew hole other then that - good.

Worked as expected. Good qualitymaterials and the relay is super tight on the connector. Kind of hard to remove, but isn't necessary in most cases.
