Carlisle FoodService Products 551707 Pebble Optic San Tumbler, 16.7-Ounce Capacity, Clear (Case of 24)

I ordered this to replace the pebble Optic tumbler I have been using for over 15 years. I found this price to be very competitive and the tumbler appears to be as good of quality as my previous purchase 15 years ago!!

These aren't cheap in any sense of the word. They're expensive but you get what you pay for. We bought a case of these several months ago and we probably run the entire bunch through the dishwasher once or twice a week. We use them all the time and they appear indestructible.They're very similar to what you'd see in restaurants and they're well made. We bought some plastic ones from Ikea and they starting cracking or getting cloudy in the dishwasher after a couple weeks. These things it has been months and they look just as good as when we bought them. They're more expensive than other glasses but well worth it.

Update 5/20/20: we've had these several months now and I can't recommend them at all. Most all of them are now broken from being dropped on our ceramic tile floor. Very disappointed.The arrived very dirty and with strings of plastic attached to them from manufacturing. That aside, the cups are nice. We use them at home with a large family. One or two have had cracks for an unknown reason after 3 weeks of regular use. My biggest complaint is that they don't stack together which is quite inconvenient.

Looks almost exactly like old glasses we had with pebble design on outside. Stable and look great. The seam can be felt it it happens to align with lips. Wonder if there is a way to sand down seam edge without scarring plastic? Didn't think I would need 24, but we use them for everything.

These are my husbands favorite cups. So glad I could find them. Sturdy, great in the dishwasher.
