how do you use this product?

The easiest way I have found is, put a small drop (about the size of a pea)on one electrode pad. Then take the other pad to spread it on the pads evenly. The pads will stick to your skin like new. It's not greasy & doesn't leave a residue. You can use it again & again on the same pads - extending the life of your pads. My husband uses the TENS unit on several places on his back. One application works at least 4 times of removing and replacing the location of the pads. It works just like the adhesive gel that is on a new pad. I think it's a really great product, especially if you use your TENS unit a lot.

does this work for ultrasound machine

As it is an induction gel I would imagine that it would, but these are pretty small tubes.

Does this work for when using an Electric Acupunture Pen?

I haven’t used an acupuncture pen before but I think you need a conductive gel. That is exactly what the Spectra 360 is.

Can i use this gel with "portable neck massager with heat" ?

You could use it but I am not sure why you would use it with the portable neck massager. You should not need lotion or gel or oil when using your neck massager but if you wanted to use something to add a little "glide" factor I would think that a massage lotion would work best. Good luck!
