One of the tabs was bent (easily fixed once I figured out the problem) and the screws won't go in unless you're following the directions. What I'm trying to say is, you have to be smarter than me...or follow the directions to put it together. It's not difficult at all! Just make sure you're putting the right tabs together in the right order.

The five tray organizer is nice. A little hard to assemble, and had to place other attachments to shelves in order for them to have more stability.

I rarely write reviews but three minutes out of the box and I knew this was absolute garbage. Looks so cool on the pics but don’t let it fool you. You have to assemble each wall and shelf. The top is secured by two screws, the back is secured by two screws and that’s it. All it takes is a small warping in the mesh walls or shelves and it won’t fit in the crappy tracks. I didn’t even finish putting it together. I planned to put printer paper on it and I promise this thing would probably collapse under its own weight let alone with a load on it. If I could rate negative stars it would be in the minus 200 to try to offset people that gave a positive review. I wouldn’t let someone I hate purchase this

Great organizational peice but wish the slots didn't slide as much

This product is well made; it provides flexibility for various sizes of documents; the mesh promotes easy location of folders. The biggest selling point for me was "flexibility of uses"

let's just start off by saying - this product made me so angry trying to put together. I don't know if I just got a crappy one on the manufacturing line or if the quality is always this horrible but my god - never again.step 1: take everything out of the boxstep 2: follow the directions which really are backward. the back panel should be put in first, because if not it makes it a bitch to get the top panel in.step 3: screw-in top & back panel - OH WAIT, the top bracket does not fit over the sidewall so no screw can fit & the back panel hole is not even properly cut off, so I had to do this myself until the hole was open enough to fit the screw through.step 4: once everything is screwed in - add the remaining panel & slide them in - but wait there is more! The panels are a hair too small & have way to much room to move & fall out.step 5: add your office crap & go on about your day after you just spent 25 mins trying to fit together a horribly made product.please don't bu this - too much effort to fix something that should have been done when they were made.

This is a nice organizer. I like the mesh office products. This is compact and fits nicely on a bookshelf, yet it has five shelves for separating documents. I found one odd thing about this item though it does not hinder it's use. There are two screws that secure the framework. They protrude beyond the framework and just "stick out." They really are not an issue because the are at the back of the upper shelf, inside, at the top. No hands are ever that far back and thus far, I have not filled the shelf to capacity for them to interfere with paperwork. I just found it odd that there was not a cap, nut or the screw didn't get buried within the metal.
