Bought these EKR seat covers for my sisters Toyota RAV4, and I’m seriously impressed with the quality for the price. Once installed, they look just like factory seats — not like covers at all. The stitching, fit, and material all give off a premium OEM look that completely transformed the interior.That said, be prepared: the install isn’t easy. It’s a tight fit (which is why they look so good), but getting everything lined up and tucked in properly took some real effort and patience. If you rush, you’ll probably get frustrated — but if you take your time, the results are worth it.For anyone looking to protect their seats without sacrificing appearance, these are an excellent value. My sister loves them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Typical to my luck, the model of RAV4 I have isn’t the most common. They were the first manufacturer that had my specific trim package. I purchased the all black option. Install took about 2 hours. Fits almost perfect, just some looseness around the bottom of the front seats. I followed the directions U.K. the video, but my hands are too big to get between seats to secure strap. Brought a new car smell back to my car. 100% loved this item.

The seat covers themselves look nice and are a huge improvement over the cloth seats. The instruction videos are somewhat helpful, but if you're like me and being super careful about routing all the straps away from wires and connectors, plan to spend a lot of time on your head with a flashlight. Once installed, they look nice and seamless, like factory seats.The bad;Deducted one star because the console cover is garbage. No straps, just a seam of elastic around it that's too thick for the console to shut properly around. I tried various times, and either the console won't close, or the cover is loose and bubbled up. My daughter is running around wearing it as a beret right now instead.Same elastic problem with the headrests. They are usable, but a different style then shown in the videos. No straps or folds or velcro to cinch them down tight underneath... Just an elastic band (like a hair net) around the bottom, which ruins the otherwise form fitting and seamless look that the seat covers have. I will likely try to modify them, because right now, my seats look like a gang of lunch ladies.

I’d say these are some of the best covers you can buy. Yes the price is higher, but I’m not dealing with cheaply made straps, that rip and covers that bunch. Stitching and fitment are really good. I’m happy with the results! (2022 RAV4)

It took my wife and I 2 hrs to install. They fit very well on the front seats, pretty snug. The rear seat covers required the bottom seat to come out for a good fit there. The headrests fit very tight. The covers that go over the seat backs did not allow my factory rubber protection mats to remain in as they velcro to the backs of the factory seat backs. The cutouts on the back of the rear seat back covers for the child seat attachment points were off but not a big issue for us. Overall much better fitting seat covers than cheaper ones i put in my new truck but this company doesn't offer them for my truck. Time will tell how they wear and hold up but one quick trip immediately after we installed them they felt very comfortable and feel well made.

2019 RAV4 XSE (2nd owner)TLDR: Great covers, simple installation, owned for 6 months now still in good condition. Covers Could effect seat warming, issue with OEM trunk mat bundle fixed in review. Child seats might be an issue.Having owned a RAV4 as my second car now, just like how learned from our ex’s, I learned what to no do for my next car. Since I share my life with a dog that likes to explore mud puddles, coupled with southern heat and humidity, my interior understandably did not lost long. My search to deter that brought me here. I was wary of unknown 3rd parties but I figured some protection is better than none.Shipping: Shipping time was 2 days. Arrived undamaged with all parts required.Installation: The installation was pretty straight forward for the most part, especially with the included guide/ YouTube video. You will have to take off the bench seat of your RAV4. The only issue I had was there is no way for the seat cushion area of the driver seat cover to be secured by hooks horizontally due to the ergonomic motors under the drivers seat. I could have done it completely wrong. I will say having an additional trim tool helps get the lip of the end of each cover into the plastic frame of the front ant driver seat, I happened to have an extra laying around in my garage.Time: 2 hours,Additional equipment needed: good lighting, additional plastic trim tool (if needed)Use/Durability: Most days I have a sweaty work out in the morning and my job can get quite dirty sometimes. The seats have lasted 6 months now with no tears or holes. Cleaning them is a breeze, compared to the stock seats that have the cloth on the cushion part of the seat. (Try cleaning dog poop out of your sisters Camry) this coupled with an ActivePets hammock style seat protector have been a life saver.Issues: Aside from the slight horizontal slip mentioned before, the only other issue I see is that it when using seat warmers it takes longer to actually warm up due to the added layer. Another issue I ran into was I could not use the OEM trunk mats that I purchased later. Traditionally, the trunk mat piece that would cover the back of the rear seats would be Velcro while the bottom of the mat piece is secured by clips. However with the seat covers covering the area which the mat piece needs to Velcro, I used a sticky velcro strip with velcro on one side of the strip and adhesive on the other and used the outline mat to place the strips down and weigh them down. Also child seat locks are blocked with this method it would be useful to cut a hole afterwards.Pros:- Great durability- (seat cushions especially) easier to clean- relatively easy to install- Passengers don’t notice differenceCons:- Pricey- not machine washable- loose driver seat cushion- minor disassembly of bench seat required- trunk mat issueOverall I am quite pleased with these covers. I often ask people who ride in my car if they can tell if they’re aftermarket and most look around and usually reply with no way. If you have dogs, I would highly recommend a hammock style dog seat cover that is machine washable.
