I don't often leave reviews but this item deserves it.I have fine, about 2A/2B wavy hair. It's also been chemically destroyed with color treatments so it's very porous.This is a great product for accentuating the curl pattern in my hair without adding the extra weight that curling gels usually have. There's two effective ways to use this product that I've found, and the result depends on which method you use.The method I found that works best for me is to use it on wet hair and scrunch it with a towel as if you were using the curly girl method with a styling gel. The result is light, fluffy clumps of waves.You can also use it on dry hair, and then it acts more like a sticky texture product that's meant for sculpting. You hair will feel a little sticky, like if you used too much dry shampoo, but it's still lightweight and easy to sculpt.The smell is nice, but in a nostalgic way. It reminds me of being a kid outside in summertime, covered in mosquito repellent, catching fireflies. It has an airy, misty scent that's hard to explain. Maybe it's not for everyone, but I found it pleasant.You may have to experiment with how much product to use based on your own hair texture and length, but for me I only need as much as I would if I were using a de-tangling spray. I also find that I don't really have to wash it everyday either. The product is so light that I can use it at least two or three times before my hair feels dirty.TLDR: This stuff is really good, especially for the price. Try it.

I’ve tried every sea salt spray under the sun and this is the first one that has truly shown me good results. I have thin, straight hair that does not hold a curl well at all. When I get out of the shower I just run my fingers through my hair instead of brushing and spray this all over. I scrunch my hair up several times, throw it in a bun for a few minutes; then scrunch it more when I take it out. After that I let it dry naturally and it creates beautiful, beachy waves. It isn’t sticky or crunchy, and doesn’t dry out my hair. It smells wonderful as well. It’s a bit pricey but it’s a large bottle and I’ve been getting lots of use out of it. I will absolutely purchase this again.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me and replaced the product. This time, it arrived properly packaged in a box, unlike the first time, so there were no spills.I’ve been using this sea salt hair spray on damp hair and overall, I’m pretty happy with the results. It gives my hair a nice texture and a natural, tousled look without feeling too stiff. The hold is medium—enough to keep my style in place but still flexible.The scent is okay, though a little too sweet for my taste—it reminds me of candy, which might not be for everyone. One downside was the packaging. When it arrived, the bottle was open and some of the product had leaked out. Not ideal, especially for a new item.Despite the packaging issue and the overly sweet scent, the spray performs well and gives me the texture and light hold I want. Just hoping future orders come sealed properly.

Creates great volume and texture and has pretty simple ingredients. The scent is fairly light and pleasant; a plus for me as I avoid fragrances and heavily scented things. Works well on still damp or dry hair. I have wavy hair that is very thick and I feel like this has been a great product to add fun texture and volume.

I have tried so many different products over the years and this is the only one that gives me enough hold in combination with my gel to tame and enhance my waves!Works great as a refresher too without leaving my hair crunchy.You do not need a lot which makes it last a while and the scent is light and beachy.I highly recommend it!

For me it didn’t have a whole lot of hold. I also can’t stand products that have lingering smells (some products smell good and then dissipate but this one was stubborn!) Good if you want that lingering scent, but I don’t want a perfume I want a good hair product. Had to return, but if smell isn’t an issue then I’m sure this product will work for you :)

Love this stuff, smells good, adds a little texture. Non-oily . Good for the price. Spray doesn’t get clogged. I use it most days to add a little texture to my very fine straight hair

Sooooo this is probably not what the company was going for but somehow I discovered this makes an excellent brown recluse death spray. Even if they get away, within a few minutes they won’t be going anywhere ever again. I soak them heavily in it and let it do it’s thing. I’m going to guess that it probably suffocates them. Bug spray doesn’t even work on these guys so the fact that something all natural and relatively safe does is a blessing. These spiders can be as large as a half dollar and very aggressive. I don’t like getting near them as they are incredibly quick and their bite is considered extremely hazardous to humans for many people. As for my hair, it didn’t do much for it. As a spider dispatching product 10/10 totally worth it. Will buy again for that reason.
