Napoleon company is very difficult to deal with
My beef is not about the grill as much as it is with Napoleon - a company that lacks the customer service they should be providing given the cost of their products.I Purchased the built in Prestige 500 Pro (propane fuel version). Upon unpacking the grill it was discovered that the gas hose only comes with a 3/8 female connection, which as you know, it does not align well with the 20 lb. propane tank female connection. I contacted Amazon's seller Spotix Inc. to inquire about the missing regulator and coupling fitting. Wil at Spotix informed me that Napoleon doesn't supply those items and that I would be responsible for purchasing them. I then gave Wil some "feedback" on disclosing the need for the additional items prior to purchasing the grill and not after the purchase. To say the least I was not happy with the purchase.I then contacted Napoleon company and inquired why those parts are not included with the grill. The customer service agent proceeded to tell me that since Napoleon discourages the installation of the propane tank directly underneath the grill, for obvious reasons, they do not include the additional parts to properly install gas the connections. Furthermore, she advised me to reach out to a "licensed" professional for installation. Long story short, a heated discussion took place between us and I kept getting the "that's why we advise you to consult a licensed professional" bs that you get from people that don't know what they are talking about. One does not need to be a 'professional' to connect a grill to a gas propane tank. It was like talking to a broken record that kept repeating the same words over and over.I have to say that it's very disappointing/frustrating to pay such price for a grill that does not include the required parts to properly install it.If you're considering buying a Napoleon grill or burner, you should contact the seller and ensure all the required parts will be included with your purchase -BEFORE you buy.Pics attached for illustration

Napoleon is an AWFUL company
The grill is fine - as far as I know. I can't tell because it's been sitting in the garage for 8 months because the geniuses at Napoleon decided to stop manufacturing the insulated jackets you need if you're going to use this in a wood-framed kitchen. If you're building with stone you should be ok. How in the world you could continue to manufacture a built-in grill without the required jacket is beyond me. Worst mistake of my life buying this product. They initially told me it would be available in January 21. Then April 26th, then May 7th, and now May 21st. This is a two-bit company with awful planning and terrible customer support. I would avoid this grill at all costs!

Do not buy if you plan to use propane
Customer service is horrible. Missing parts and will not assist to get part numbers. They want you to hire someone to connect to a propane tank and will not provide the parts needed to connect the grill to a propane tank. Directions are horrible. Also states the propane tank can not go under the grill, which most built ins are designed to put the tank under. Waste of money and time.
