The best isolation tool for the price
After tryng so many different isolation meters for EV and HEV vehicles, this is by far the easiest, reliqble best prices isolation tester you can buy.The instructions are in Japanese, but if you know how to use it, you will figure it out.Don't hesitate to buy it if you are in the EV / HEV diagnosis.

Reliable Made in Japan Insulation Tester
The media could not be loaded. Great value at U$165, for a recently made insulation and continuity tester. At the time of purchase, it's barely one month old from date of manufacture. All the most sought-after test voltages up to 1000V DC. Didn't come with English manual though.
