I opted for this style because it is the same as my physical therapist uses, No wobble, sturdy (mine is on an area rug, at PT it is directly on floor - doesn't move around either location). Accurately described including height specs. If the price works for you, I recommend. . It is the size of the steppers in the gym. Strong and stable. I can do step workouts at home. The bench doesn't move when I use it and I don't feel any give in it going on and off. I like the extra length. The length is good for laying on and doing bench exercises without having to get a weight bench. I don't have a lot of space so I tried the shorter ones. Didn't like them at all. So I decided I'll have to make the room. Glad I did. It stays in the open where I use it until I have company. Then I take it apart and put it aside so no one trips on it.As for the complaints about the risers not being stored inside the step for storage and moving, I agree that is convenient I liked it. But for what I want, that is not a deal breaker. So I finally got rid of the other one I've had and got this. Glad I did.

I'm ready to elevate my heart rate and lose poundage LOL!!! This stepper is light and sturdy!!! Great when stepping with my favorite YouTube instructors.

Stable, long and wide, nicely made. it definitely increases your workout compared to the smaller steps. I am very happy with this purchase.

However, I was really excited to use my Les Mills PUMP Workout - Workout 3 Times a Week equipment but my floor was too hard to do the chest presses. So instead of getting the Original Step I opted for the Escalade High-Step. It wasn't until it was delivered did I realize that it was not a FULL SIZE step. **Oops, I did it again!**Now, I was forced to order the Original Step and submitted my order the same day I received the High Step and selected next-day shipping. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered next day and did not arrive until the following week. Amazon was kind enough to refund me the $3.99 for next day shipping but I was pissed about the inconvenience. The shipping documents showed that the box weighed approximately 22lbs. The stepper was packaged tightly in the box and did not include extra plastic or bubble packs. As noted by other reviewers, the box is proudly stamped with the "Made in America" marker. NOTE - the black/gray unit DOES NOT include a DVD.Space comes at a premium in my home and I did not have the space for a weight bench. I realized the Stepper would be great to do chest presses but still be able to easily break down and be stored in tight spaces. The stepper itself and the risers are sturdy. However, for a nearly $100 price-tag, the unit should come with 3 to 4 levels worth of risers. Since other users noted that the risers from the Escalade High-Step would work with the F1011W, my issues was solved at the expense of $60.That said, I easily set-up the F1011W with risers from the Escalade High-Step. My favorite position is 4 risers on one end and 2 riser on the bottom; this set-up allows you to do chest presses and watch the TV screen without compromising on form. I think it's a bit ridiculous to have to spend $140 between the two products to get ample risers for work-out versatility; however, it does do the job and does the job well.

I use this more than the treadmill I just sold. Its sturdy, easy to move around. Makes using free weights easier for fly, press etc... Granted I am not lifting HEAVY, but great way to incorporate weight into a workout without a bulky bench!

Bought this for my husband and he loves how sturdy and functional it is. Very easy to assemble. We bought the steps for height adjustments. The color is grey which goes with our gym colors. There is no storage capacity.

This step is great for doing traditional step workouts and is wide enough to do the other more intricate moves shown in many of the step workout videos. I love the adjustable height and how sturdy it is. It is very stable. Using the lowest step will save your knees while still letting you break a sweat!
