Was fizzy within 5 minutes of putting into slightly warm mix. The delivery guy threw it in the sun instead of intended shaded spot but still good 🤘

Great strong end product
I use this on most of my mead and it produces a pretty strong product. Usually produces 15 or 16 percent for me
