Clear's the steam from shower very well
Very good so far , I installed it in the bathroom as my old one packed up and I wanted a pull cord fan so I did not have to wire it to the light switch, now when I pull the cord the fan comes on and stayes on but if you pull the cord again it is timed and switches itself off after twenty minutes so all in all great fan.

Quality unit , wrong dimensions
In ordered this product to fit a specific clearance available in my bathroom .Unfortunately someone at Blauberg is incapable of using tape measure and the stated 134mm outer fascia dimension is in fact 160mm. More concerning that even after raising this issue the dimension still hasn't been changed. On the plus side if the unit fits , it's very good quality (better than others I've ordered) and I'm confident it would have been quiet if it fitted !The customer service representative responded quickly and professionally.

Quiet, but humidity sensor needs more work
Humidity sensor works great when set up.But then it rains outside and the fan is on permanently for 2 days so you adjust the dial. Then we have a sunny dry spell and it doesn’t activate when it should so you adjust it again.Bear in mind to adjust ir you have to stand on a ladder and pry open the toughest plastic chassis I’ve ever come across, so you produce bad language and tear the skin off your fingers. What it needs is either1. Software that knows the seasons and adjusts accordingly.2. An adjustment knob that’s easy to access ie on the outside of the unit.Might need to fit an external switch for it since we have Philips hue lights that are technically always powered on at the mains it can’t work from the lights.

Quiet, clean & stylish look. Looks the same as the VENTS LUNA fan? It is the same...
I bought a Blauberg extractor fan to replace the one I had in the family bathroom, that gave the ghost. I chose it because of the modern design, promise of low noise and integrated draft excluder (I would get cold wind through the prior fan in winter). This fan was easy to install, produces lower than usual noise, has a timer that you can adjust how long it keeps running for, and stops wind coming in through it, reducing heat loss. After a year when the fan in the cloakroom stopped working, I decided to replace it (and the one in the en-suite that was starting to make funny noises) with this same extractor fan. When searching again for the same model I bought a year earlier, I was surprised to see a VENTS LUNA branded fan that looks identical, has identical spec, identical warranty, and is 25% cheaper than the Blauberg, so I gave it a go.I'm glad I did, as they are identical not only in shape but also in componentry... the only visible difference between the 2 fans is the Blauberg logo (lack of); even the user manual is identical!! I suspect that they are not just clones, but are actually the same product, sold with a different brand at a lower price, to increase volume without affecting the brand image (old pricing trick). The only downside I have found is that on days with strong gusty wind you can hear the clicking of the draft excluder opening and closing. If considering either one, go for the VENTS LUNA and buy the same at a lower price!

My one only worked for a couple of days
I installed fine but it quit on my after a couple of days. I couldn’t tell if suction good due to side design. It was a good product with grommet and backing against wall but in my case it just stopped working. It could be due to my installation flexible hose going down not up but other one worked for twenty years. I saw other negative reviews and disregarded as good make but now not so sure. Why it stopped is confusing to me as still had light and power but just would not turn.
