Many of reviewers mentioned the tea didn’t I also had same issue initially but .I adjusted the dose. I actually needed two tea bags in 12oz of hot water steeped for 2-4mins. It worked perfectly!!!….No discomfort very smooth

Long story short: it worksShort story long: … don’t expect it to work like 1-2 hours after you drink the tea. I drank it around 3pm and nothing. I thought “hmm I must not have had any poop in my system” then I went on my marry way. Mistake #1. Then decided to go to a 10:30pm movie. BIG MISTAKE #2. Around 11pm things started to go terribly wrong. My stomach started twisting in knots and cramping so bad like I was on my period! What movie did I decide to watch? A QUIET PLACE. Mistake #3. The whole theatre was dead silent while my stomach was making these gurgling and LOUD noises. I was holding in my farts thinking this has GOT to pass… IT WONT. I couldn’t take it anymore and got up and RAN to the bathroom. I sat in the stall and that thang EXPLODED out of my body. Literally sounded like a bomb was letting loose in that toilet. Was in there 15-20mins tops. Came back to my seat thinking it was over. Ha NOPE. Ran back in there again round 2. So yeah. It works… but clear out your schedule for the WHOLE DAY. 5/5 product. 0/5 experience.

I have taken it for 3 days but I did not visit the toilet , doesn’t work , waste of my money
