I am new to gear cycle and so everything is new to me... So having this in mind please read the review..Pros:*Foldable. You can fold the cycle. But it is heavy to carry. But you can fold and keep it in your car. There will be silver folding to unlock and fold. Release it to unlock...*It is smooth if you maintain the speed.*7+3 gears. If you are new to gear system, check out some tutorials before riding. For first timers it would be difficult to understand. Call and ask doubts to the seller. He is really helpful.*85% assembled... If you have no idea about cycle mechanism, you will be definitely happy that half of the assembling is done*Handle is good*driving off-road is also good and gives good balance*Mudguard and bell are provided...Overall cycle is good.Cons:#it takes lot of energy to keep up with the speed in higher gears. This is not as smooth as hybrid cycles as it is a mountain cycle...#If you are considering to go long ride. This is not the cycle. Try buying a hybrid cycle.#Bell doesn't go well with cycle, as it is free stuff... But it serves the purpose# 85 percent is assembled but still you have to assemble the remaining. You will get lot of doubts when assembling. So keep that in your mind and try to get a mechanic. Please don't go to normal cycle mechanics. Check for someone who understands gear cycle...Other that I didn't find any cons... A very good cycle with value for money

Excellent delivery of cycle by Amazon. 5 days before due delivery date. No damages. All tools and parts in the carton as indicated. I also availed the Amazon Assembly Service at a cost of 250 Rs. they promptly sent me a service partner detail. He landed up after some follow up. The service provider is Easy Fit. He was absolutely horrible in usage of tools. He first took out a plier to loosen a nut!! After I warned him not to take that tool out of his bag again. He used the wrong spanner and I stopped him again as it was slipping on the nut risking rounding the edges of the nut rendering it unserviceable for future as no spanner will grip the rounded edge of the damaged nut. I went in to get my spanner set and by then he had damaged the Allen Key provided by the manufacturer by a astonishing technique of tightening by yanking the Allan key. From there I supervised him not by bit to stop any more torture on the cycle. He fitted the handle bar in reverse! The gear change indicators faced down. Left brake handle activated the front brake and right lever the rear. No technician who has a remote understanding of a cycle would do this. Please refer attached photos. Reversed fitment as well as damaged Allan key (edges rounded). I am an Amazon customer since 2004. Motmot once have I had such a horrible experience. The product looks very nice. I will report back once I ride it for a month and complete the first service. Amazon delivery was great as usual. It I landed up spending 2-3 hours redoing the complete assembly’s work myself and walking for 1/2 hour with the cycle to find a shop to inflate tires. I am well versed with Assy as I worked in a heavy engineering company and am fortunately fit enough to lug the cycle to the shop. Please do not use this service provider Easy Fit. He is true to his name! I ha e given 4 stars, would have given 5 to Amazon but for the obnoxiously incompetent service provider. He had the gall to ask me for a tip after this!

Im loving it. Its simply awesome cycle i ever bought. This saler knows about indian road. Thats why he sale front and rear suspension cycle, thats the appreciate thing as compare to now a days cycle shop owners. Other saler make fool by selling non suspension cycle and gave pecular reason that we got pressure while cycling if we have rear suspension. But i love this saler, thanks sir to make me available for folding cycle with suspension, 21 gears and both side disc brake. Thanks by heart and sorry for late review.

The performance of the cycle is really poor. Tyres are low quality. Because of which, pushing the cycle forward takes too much effort. Going up slopes, even milder slopes is really hard and takes a lot of effort even with the 21 gear system. The cycle folds but is not very mobile because of how heavy it is.All in all, really disappointed with the product and wish I had gone for a name brand cycle.

Really it is a very good product to buy. As compare to offline store it is very good and high quality in online.It's colour was brilliant and unique.You should definitely buy this 21 gear bicycle because it is easy to build and maintain as compare to other gear cycles as for my experience. It is fabulous cycle 😍👌

It was fairly easy to assemble it as most of the important assembly was already done like gears and rear wheel. However, my engineering background was quite helpful, otherwise there were no instruction manual or guidelines included. While the bicycle is of very good quality but the tires used are of substandard quality. Despite keeping recommended pressure for mountain bike the front one bursted out in two days and I had to replace both tire and tube. Thankfully no one was riding it when this happened.Otherwise gears work fine, disc brakes are good. Overall I am enjoying it so far.

Nice product

I have been using this bicycle since 2 weeks and no doubt its smoothness and shocks are absolutely amazing and good on roads. Even before the shipping, a person had called and explained about the product and easy assembly. thats about the good, and the bad part is: the product came damaged, I think this is not packaging or shipping damage. The seller has sent a damaged product, the damage was in the front wheel spokes (one of the spokes was broken and it was tied up with another spoke which was very disappointing). Also, the tool provided is of very poor quality, the allen key is almost not usable after 2 to 3 times use.
