It is suitable for use in mechanical vacuum pumps that work in the medium vacuum and high vacuum range up to around 0.0001 mbar; it has also proven itself particularly in rotary vane, gate valve, Roots and rotary piston pumps. It is used by well-known manufacturers of high vacuum pumps for the first filling. If you have been using the HFV32 vacuum pump oil up to now, then our product is not suitable.
