Q: Will they block.out dog barking from.a nearby garden it barks all through the night

They certainly block out the noise of our neighbour’s Beagle howling at 5am when they take him outside, they work shifts so also make noise coming & going all thru the night. As long as you put them in correctly, follow the instructions, but make sure your ears are literally sealed you will not hear a thing.. I’ve used them on and off now for 10 years & in my experience once they’re in/across your ear you can’t hear anything! There are similar ones on the market but these are the best because they stay in one piece. You get what you pay for definitely with these.

Q: Do they really block out noise?

They're pretty good when they're new. Block out most of my husband's snoring! They make a good air tight seal and block out most noise. After a couple of uses they're not as "sticky" so the air tight seal breaks easily and they're not as effective then.

How very odd, this is exactly what I have experienced myself and I have been using bio ears for many years. I found they were the only ear plugs that worked for me. They didn't fall out overnight and did exactly what was needed. I found that they ended up stuck to my pillowcases and tore lumps off. I was particularly upset because they marked my bed linen and I've never been able to get the marks out. So my lovely M & S bed linen is spoilt.
