Does the job
I use this to hold my tablet at just below eye level, and for that, it works wonderfully. I move it between rooms and spots pretty frequently, though there's no grip, so your tablet/ phone may fall when it's being moved.This isn't adjustable, it's made of solid wood. It's beautiful and seems very sturdy. If you need one that you can use when you're standing and looking down at it, this isn't gonna work because of the angle. This hasn't been an issue for me, and it fits my aesthetic perfectly, honestly.

My use is to have my tablet displayed on my very aesthetically pleasing stereo system. Blends is nicely. Finish is impeccable. Probably not the best for frequently moving tablet.

Sturdy, beautiful & fits my large 12.9 iPad Pro with no issues
Beautiful product. Wasn’t sure because of the mixed reviews, but I love yamazaki and decided to give it a try! Immediately after unboxing I knew it was amazing. Sturdy, well made, a gorgeous natural bamboo color, and fits my large iPad Pro 12.9 perfectly (I was nervous it would be too big for it and it’s not at all!). Would totally recommend this product!

What you see is what you get
This item is beautiful and does exactly what it looks like it would do. In hindsight, I'd prefer a holder that allows adjustment of the angle. If that isn't important to you, this is a nice piece.

Only works with devices that gravity doesn’t affect
Does your phone magically stand on one end and never falls over when you touch it or look at it? Then you can use this stand, but you don’t need to if your phone does that. If your phone has to balance on one end and if it needs something to lean on, then this won’t work for you. The 2 sides (bottom with the bump to hold the bottom and the top that holds the top of your cell phone) should be made with the top being shorter than the bottom so your phone leans BACK but instead the bump that prevents the bottom from moving makes the phone tilt FORWARD so it just falls over. Flipping it around and the bottom skids out without the bump. It’s just a bad stand stay away.

Exactly what we were looking for.
Bought this to stand up a Surface Pro. When it came it looked like it might be too small to work for such a large and heavy tablet, but it actually does work just fine. Nice looking real wood. Sturdy and attractive.

I do not use this for its intended purpose, but rather as a stand for my one-wheel. Works like a dream
