Very useful
I used this to BBQ chicken 'kebabs'. Instead of putting marinaded chicken pieces onto a skewer, I put them into the basket. A lot easier to begin with as no threading was needed onto a skewer. On the BBQ grill I then just turned the cages around each of the 4 sides and the chicken was cooked fine. Using a skewer was always a bit of a problem as some chicken pieces tended to slide around the skewer as the heavier edge fell downwards and got cooked too much on one side and not enough on the opposite side. When taking the cooked food out, there's a metal slide that needs to be pulled back - it's hot! Washing the cages was a bit fiddly due to the shape and total cage area, but the non-stick coating worked fine. I like the case which holds the 4 cages.
