The remote I received after a week was not working only.

Battery cover was not too tight
The remote came in a good package. No external damages. However it had 2 flaws:1. I couldn’t use it to switch off my TV where as I could use my original Tata sky remote to switch off TV.2. The battery cover was very tight. Couldn’t remove it easily.If these issues are taken care of, it would be a good product.
