This bar shipped super fast ups.I use this bar on my cybex ft 360 to implement bench press, lat pulldowns, curls, overhead press ect. It's very versatile.I like that it's a light but solid design. Being aluminum it's never going to rust. I also like that when you attach it to your cable machine it's not going to be heavy to the point it pulls your cables out when taking the pin out to adjust the weight. Also makes the weight your using closer to exact rather than the weight plus a heavy bar so you know what your lifting is the weight you choose.The bar is slightly thicker than you'd expect but for me it's much more comfortable. the knurl is perfect for what it is, since it's rated for 220 lbs I think an aggressive knurl would be overkill.The ends rotate independently on bearings and it makes the bar rotation super smooth through the lift.I shopped around a long time and I couldn't find anything less than 90 dollars to get the value this bar brings. flawless product in my eyes!

After purchasing a wall mounted Archon cable crossover machine setup, I purchased this bar. The Archon cable crossover machine arrived first, so I set it up. Due to stud spacing and my space limitations, I anchored the crossover machine so they were mounted 64 inches apart, resulting in the pulley's being around 45 inches apart. Then the bar arrived and I attached it to both pulleys, in a bench press like configuration. I was astonished how the bar nestled right into both pulleys notch where the ball and carabiner clip reside, as if the bar was manufactured with this setup in mind. I'm able to do bench press with this setup, and the pump I get is incredible. Like nothing I've ever done before. It's nice that the bar has the bearings on the end so that it rotates. It's nice and smooth. The bar is surprisingly light, almost like a wooden stick. I also use it for straight arm curls with this setup and I just love it. I can't recommend this bar or Archon Cable Crossover setup more. It's a wicked space saver over a power rack and it's super versatile now with the bar. I bought a second bar and put eye hooks in the floor which enables me to do land mine type rows. Almost like rowing a boat, but hit's the back hard. I could go on and on.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for one of these for a minute. You wouldn’t believe how hard it was to find the perfect one. Solid yet lightweight and with great functionality. Spins easy and has a great feel.

This is a solid, well made piece of equipment. I purchased it to use with bands. It replaced a much cheaper/flimsier version that I had…that didn’t stand the test of time. I’m glad I bought it. Thanks!

Love this bar, it's good quality lightweight. Just a great bar. I love it I have the Bells of Steel Straight Bar Cable Attachment also and while that bar is great quality no doubt , It's just way too heavy. This bar is excellent and it's half the price I wish I would've bought this before.

Good bar for resistance band workout

One time use, bought 2 days ago..doing shoulders with 40 lbs total. This bar should be banned..now I need to rest a few days cause injury in my wrist..0 STARS
