The product itself is good. However their customer service is horrible. If you ever have the slightest problem with the product just throw it away because they will go above and beyond to NOT help.

Looks so damn good. Got matching underglow and interior glow as well. Always get compliments from random strangers. If that's not your thing, don't get it. I had it professionally installed at Car Toys cuz apparently they had to remove the grill, and aint nobody got time for that. Definitely bright AF, even during the day. I never turn them off.

Instead of mounting this kit behind the grill, I mounted the four strips vertically in the bed of my pickup. I wired the dome light so they come on white it a door is open. Love the music sync so I can make them bump in the dark. Firm believer in OPT7 products, and have several others installed on the vehicle. Good adhesion even in 100+ degree weather. No complaints.

Really easy to install. The control box came faulty from factory. OPT7 customer service was really helpful with warranty process.

The lights will not turn on unless you connect to the bluetooth app EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They can program it to remember the last color you used, but won't program it to remember whether or not you had it toggled on. I bought almost $600 worth of lights from OPT-7 for my truck, and now I have to peel them out and return everything because of something that should be a basic feature.For context, I drive as an Uber alternative for college-age students, in a beach city with one state university and one community college. I am a driver that the students (and their friends, classmates, parents, etc) know personally and can request directly, 7 nights a week, so that they always have a safe ride home instead of risking playing Uber Roulette. Having lights in my truck is a huge part of that, because it makes it easy for them to find me, especially when they are blackout drunk. I cannot waste time turning on the lights every time I start the truck, sometimes 10-12 times per night.

Wanted Halo lights.... didn't exactly want to pay EXTREME prices . searched around and found a YouTube video where a guy used this instead. and this product is AMAZING all in all it took me an hour to install into my challenger ( i wanted everything neat and tucked away ) i put the sound reciever inside my vehicle ( which took the most time) due to finding a grommet i could manipulate and pass thru. it does everything it advertised and i couldn't be happier . if you choose to do the same make sure to order the 12inch. if you order the 24inch it will be too long for headlight usage but PERFECT for grill illumination.
