Oversized rim -- will require extra trimming for a flush mount
I disagree with the previous reviewer -- the item has a rim larger than the pipe it fits -- I suppose to act as a stop. as a result, if you want to get a flush mount in foot traffic area, you will have to cut off the receiving pipe about 1/4" below the surface and also trim out the hole about 3/16" larger radius than the receiving pipe. Its relatively easy to do this if you expect it and have the right tools, but its not a slam-dunk to get it flush.

Good product
Perfect to flush-mount a cleanout where there will be foot traffic; e.g. patios etc. It looks pretty good (not great, but pretty good) and keeps the cleanup access easy.
