Has anyone used this on a gmc terrain?i understand you only receive the oil cap is it really vented to real ease pressure?

Greetings, Though I didn't buy this for a Terrain I did get it for the same engine they used in it, the 2.4L Ecotec. My main reason for the purchase was our car had a minute leak at the rear main seal. After getting this cap it no longer leaks so yes it does ease excessive crankcase pressure.

Does this come with the filler tube as pictured?

The first two pictures without the tube are the FC219. The last two pictures with the tube are of a different cap and I have been unable to Identify that cap. The filler tube would be nice if I could ever figure out what it is.

Does this cap work for a 2006 chevy uplander?

Go to GM website and put in your vehicle's year, make, and model. That's what I did to get the correct original oil cap for my 2002 Saturn SL-2 sedan.
