Honestly, I like it I was looking for something that has at least 150 mg of iron and this is the closest I could get. I’m not a big fan of pills the taste is good and this came really fast. I ordered it today got it today few hours later with my prime account. Love it very much highly recommend it was someone who is going through. I am deficiency and is anemic and if you do not want to take pills for it also for my girls or guys that suffer with pica too.

I have restless legs syndrome and my dr. wanted me to get my iron level up. I have not been able to tolerate iron in the past. However, in the liquid form, I seem to be tolerating it much better. And, along with my vitamin C, my iron levels are coming up and my RLS is getting better! I've been able to cut back on my medicine.This isn't found in stores and I have to order online. If you've ever had your iron crash you know just how miserable it will make you feel. I've always had issues with my iron dipping low here and there but this was the worst yet. No energy, shortness of breath a complete lack of desire to do anything at all...not fun. Once I figured out what was happening, I got some tablet supplements just until I could get to the doctor but what you find on the shelves in most retail stores may not be the best choice for you. There are several different types of iron supplements out there and apparently a lot of argument about which one is most easily absorbed and then the question of whether you should be taking vitamin C with it to increase absorption (apparently one major study indicated C does nothing but it continues to be recommended). On top of everything else there is iron you get from food intake and then other types of iron. As a laymen student of natural healing I've always believed that liquid supplements in some cases are more readily absorbed than something that your body has to break down in the digestive system before it can get the benefits and that's why I looked for a liquid. I've been taking a 25mg tablet for about a month (along with increasing red meat and broccoli consumption) and while I do feel a lot better my stamina still is sorely lacking. I saw a statement in my reading that said that pill form iron is only absorbed about 20% which would seem to support the idea of a liquid even better. From what I've read, it can take several months for your body to restore iron stores after they've fallen into the anemia range of low. I wish somebody offered a home iron test but if there are any, they aren't cheap. Several reviewers of this product stated their iron test benefitted quite a bit using this product for only a month so I'll take the shot as well. Be aware that liquid iron supplements have the bad rap of staining teeth so when I take it I make sure to wash it down with a full glass of water afterwards to get it out of my mouth. The grape flavoring does a good job of making the taste not bad and it comes with a teaspoon inside the box. Be aware this provides almost 700% of the daily recommended iron dose but being a liquid I suspect that's why no one seems to be reporting some of the digestion issues that can come with high doses of an iron supplement (gas, stomach ache etc.). This may not be a supplement you want to take every single day unless you are one of those people with that sort of issue going on, definitely do your research, pay attention to your body and talk to whomever you trust to help you with your health decisions. Low iron sucks best to avoid it if you can for sure. update: There is another liquid iron product sold on amazon that claims to offer the same type of iron supplement, it comes in raspberry or chocolate caramel flavor and is a bit cheaper than this one but it's also a lower dose, 500% compared to 700+% daily recommended dose provided by this one. An 8 ounce bottle is available for not much more than you pay for 4 ounces of this product. I plan to try that one but I want to finish this bottle out first before buying more. If you search on this product name the other one should also come up in the search or you can search by the supplement name polysaccharide iron complex.

Looks, smells, and tastes like blood! So gross, but I DO think it’s working for my hair regrowth.

This stuff works! I noticed increased energy after the 2nd day of taking it. I even give it to my kids and they don’t complain about the taste. It’s barely any taste at all. If you have taken geritol that’s way stronger in taste than this. My sixteen yr old used to sleep all day. Since taking this she has been up at 7 am and full of energy all day. Sleeping normally at night. I have been running circles around my home completing all chores in no time. Get this if you need energy!

I’ve been consistently taking this supplement every other day for 2 months since purchase. I’ve noticed an increase of energy levels and it has helped tremendously with dizziness upon standing, which has been a problem for me in the past. Constipation hasn’t been an issue as of yet. Even with the raspberry flavor the taste is not good. I will buy again once I finish this bottle.

great! i was taking this every other day but since i stopped taking it my numbers dropped significantly so im back to taking it every single day until my numbers improve. i take it with electrolytes but vitamin C is good too!!

This works great for my mom who has an iron absorption issue.
