Wouldn't use long term
Product looks great. Seems to be solid item. Works on well pump. Will update review after time to confirm it's quality after a bit of use.Update: it's been about a year and a half and this product is not one I would recommend. For me this product malfunctioned and was not cutting off at 60 psi. It allowed the pressure to build past sixty and broke my pressure tank and blew my capacitor and busted some water lines. Not fun to handle. If this product is used , I suggest checking the pressure guage every so often to ensure what happened to my home does not happen to your home. Moving forward we are using traditional brands for this pressure switch , like square d.

how to wire and adjust
wiring the switch for 12v.............or for 120v, or for 240vThe switch is just like a house light switch, meaning your neutrals will go together, and your grounds go together, just wire nut them together and push them inside the cover; and the 4 terminals are only used for the hot wires. There are two sides, left and right, and only both sides are used if you are wiring for 240v because then you have two hot wires in, and two hot wires out. Otherwise, if you are using 120v, you only need to hook up the one side of the terminal. If you are using it for 12v, the same applies, only hook up one side. The hot wires are colored differently for 12v (white), than they are for 120v (black), than they are for 240v (red and black). The water pressure switch works by pushing in from behind the switch to disconnect the connection when it comes to pressure. The terminals are L1/M (that is one side), and M/L2 (and that is the right side).L1 = power source inM = power source out (water pump)M and L2 are only for 240v, and would be L2 power in, and M power out (match the colors)I wired it for 12v, and I could not find a video, or anyone who explain to me how it worked so I knew what I needed to do. Here is how I wired it for 12v.the 4 terminals, from left to rightL1 = white (+) from power sourcem = white (+) to power water pumpm = do not needL2 = do not needthen wire your blacks (-) together with a wire nut and tuck inside cover of switchyour done.*if your wiring it for 120v, then put the black (hot) wires in place of the L1 and M.and wire nut the whites together, and wire nut your grounds together; you do not use M or L2.*if you are wiring for 240v, then put the black (hot) wires on L1 and M, and put your red on M and L2.and wire nut the whites together, and wire nut your grounds together.*the center adjustment is for adjusting the pressure up or down(this is a general main setting, which you need to counterturn until your desired cutin is acheived)(your cutoff adjustment is the smaller adjuster to the upper left)(when you adjust this main adjustment in the middle, it will keep the range the same as you adjust it...which means, if it is 30-50, and you turn it counterclockwise 4 full turns to bring it to 20psi cut in,then it will now be at 20-40. See how it changes the overall range? So your cutout adjustment also changes and stays with the range.)(If you want to dial in the top range cutoff, to raise or lower it, then you use the smaller upper screw in the upper left to do that......AFTER.....you have set the cutin on the range adjustment, the one in the center.)raise it by turning it clockwiselower it by turning it counterclockwiseone full turn will change the psi by 2.5*the smaller adjustment that is offset to the upper left is for the high pressure cut off. Adjust it after you have set the range to your desired low pressure cutin. I believe the adjustments are the same for this screw also, 2.5psi per full turn, clockwise to raise, counter to lower.

Superior value, purchase with confidence.
Where I live little tiny ants are a problem with anything electric, in this case they get in the contacts causing issues, consequently I have to replace these pressure switches rather often. This pressure switch is fine quality with a very good price so it's a great value, as such I bought two for what I would end up paying for one from a "big box store" and they were delivered to my front door, no waste of time shagging them and putting up with the crowds.

total plug and play operation. does the 60/80 as advertised. idk how long it will work. but anything is better than a worn out part. it gets my blessing with a 5 star.
