I really don't know anything about this product, but I was willing to give it a try. I've put it into my morning vitamin & nutrient "cocktail", which is a mix of about 25 ingredients.To be fair, it's only been a few days, and this is a rather large jar. In fact, this one jar contains 66 servings, which is more than a two month supply. I don't taste anything when I mix it with other ingredients, so it's not unpleasant.I've yet to realize any change to my Dosha, but time will tell.Interesting product. Worth giving a try. My Dosha is always looking for some help.

It is nauseating
I took first time and end up throwing up. I thought it might be something else. Then I took it 2 separate times again and I threw up both times. Something is in it or it is not Cassia Fistula, which is making me sick.
