If you have tummy issues give these a try. I’ve had tummy issues for years and was told by a doctor to give these a try. I’ve been taking these for 6 months now and have only had a couple of issues. The cost is a little expensive but worth it.

I made my kefir shakes in the morning for over a decade. Alas, when the culture failed I tried another. Didn’t perform as well or last past a few months. Tried Pre & pro biopics. Eh...better, but not the same. Tried these....BINGO! I am also taking the pre and pro biopics (because I still have them) but these pills are DA BOMB.

I started by taking less than half of one capsule and they give me diarrhea. I'm often sensitive to new supplements so I try to start off slowly. I also felt unable to focus and out of sorts for several hours after taking. I stopped and then tried it again and felt the same way so I think it's related to this probiotic. My daughter took one capsule and said she experienced diarrhea also. It must affect us differently than most people. I wondered if it's possible that bad bacteria are dying and causing us to feel bad? I would start off slowly if you are unsure how this may affect you. I gave it three stars because it does appear to be doing something, just not sure if it's right for me.
