great book
love this book, it teaches you how to draw people very well, it starts off simple then slowly it increases the quality and detail of the work piece.

Incredible book amazing detail
I just recently bought this book with some knowledge of anatomy but not a lot. I was really wanting to build my knowledge of how to draw certain aspects of the body such as feet and hands. I wasnt sure on purchasing how in-depth the book would be but it goes into great depth and explains how to draw everything from hands to feet and muscle structure to skeleton. The only thing I didn't like about this was the fact that it is quite pricey but other than that it's a great buy

Only male anatomy
This book is decent but it’s contents is mainly geared towards drawing male figures and some of the female anatomy is strange. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who is mainly interested in drawing the female figure; I was also a bit weirded out with the strange blocky art style that took away from the realism. Good book for beginners.

Great place to start when wanting to learn how to draw people.
The book really breaks down the steps on how to draw people. I am someone who draws frequently but not so much of figures and this book gives me the confidence to really become great at drawing people. So I definitely recommended it!

Over promises
I returned the book, for me the method of teaching was very theoretical. The only way I am going to learn to draw is by drawing and for that I would need lots of different step by step examples to follow. Which this doesn't have. Also the examples of work in the book are underwhelming, and mediocre

An excellent guide
Too complicated for the total beginner
