Thia tastes GREAT (Unlike most mixers that are sugar free), with no weird after taste. Also, it's pretty darn sweet and flavorful so it doesn't take much when making a drink, and this means the bottle lasts a lot longer than you'd expect. I mix vodka, a splash of this and seltzer for a refreshing drink... wanna take it even further for a faux pear martini?? Just add a dash of pear juice and an extra squirt of lemon and voila! I'm diabetic and have to watch my sugar intake, so actual pear martinis are a no go... vodka is the best way to go if you ARE going to have a drink, and the splash of pear juice doesn't tack on much if you've been being good lol... have bought this many times and will continue to!

Sorry to say, but this has a very odd taste. Only a hint of lemon and a huge smell & taste that resembles plastic. At first, I thought it was the plastic bottle it was in, but it's not, it's the Elderflower taste. It was an expensive experiment to try it, and if I had not opened it, I would return it for a basic lemon syrup. I thought too, that maybe the flavors needed to settle when mixed in water with ice cubes. It did not change and even taking a whiff it makes you think of a plastic milk jug. Unless you already have a passion for Elderflower I would not recommend this syrup.

I have had a product similar to this one in the past. It was Italian made. It was much more potent and concentrated. This one had a pronounced artificial sweetener taste.

I ordered another syrup of different flavor with this one , but in the package it was not there . And I knew thst they would be in same box but no . The company that sells this product for them doesn't make it easy to explain the problem . but somehow I was able to contact the seller/maker of it and was reimbursed. I wish I had got it because I love the lemon flavor.

I make the cold brew tea by the pitcher and keep it in the fridge. Then pour myself a large glass, add about 3.5 pumps of this syrup and it’s just the right combo. I cannot describe the flavor. Lemon with a subtle hint of ?
