Purchased this computer on September 1 with a bit of apprehension as used electronics are normally not a "good buy". Either I was lucky, so far, or Stallion Tek does an excellent job in selecting the products that they "referb". Not only was the computer functional, have all of the features that they described; but it arrived-- extremely well packaged- in 2 days time-- better delivery times than I have been getting of late from "Prime!! I have transferred all of my "stuff" to it and its speed is much quicker than my previous 5 year old desktop-- probably the solid state HD. I even connected my printer wireless to it-- which helped with the "cable clutter". I did buy the 2 year insurance - just in case-- but so far it looks like that won't be needed. I can't say enough about how the presentation of the product was, its condition (a few scrapes and very minor dings), the accessories- mouse and keyboard- basic, but new and well performing, and the shipping protection-- this is not this company's "first rodeo"-- they are very professional and concerned about the product's condition. Would buy another computer from them without hesitation!

Nice machine and the set up was no problem. All the items were included as advertised.This machine replaced a very old one, so I used the same connections (modem, monitor, power, usb dongle for keyboard/mouse) - no instructions needed. The included instruction sheet was not useful.I have a software background but hardware is not my thing normally. I have learned a few things over the years but I have no problems asking questions if I don't understand hardware terminology or physical connections.Some points:I didn't use the included keyboard and mouse because they are wired versions. I used my years old wireless keyboard/mouse (with a dongle).The included Display Adapter to Hdmi connector was connected to my monitor.The machine connected to my Brother printer wirelessly with no problems.I followed the Windows set up process, creating a pin and connecting to my Microsoft account. No exotic paths initiated here… life is too short!This $214 machine is excellent as a second desktop. Now, I have a machine to use even when the grands and family visit, yay!Be sure to note the vendor Skytech. Some indicate that not all vendors are the same 😊.I'll update my review as I learn more about the machine.

Computer is in like new shape. Setup was easy and I had all my programs reinstalled in two hours. I would definitely buy from this refurbisher again.

I got this for my husband. His was old and it finally crashed. We got it on time. He said it was easy to set up. and he is very pleased with it. He had a few things that didn't want to transfer, but other then that no problems. Thanks for a great product.

everything looked new inside, I was very impressed, I added a new Graphics card to mine. so tired of them all in one motherboards that you can not upgrade.
