When my thyroid gets low I take 25-100mg of triiodine and regulates it immediately!!! Excellent all natural product. My hubby prefers the capsules
The important thing is for him to take it. I prefer the Lugol's iodine formulation, but I couldn't get him to take it, and I tried numerous ways. I found this and he's quite happy to take it every morning. Iodine is so important for one's daily health, and Americans don't get enough in their diet. At least I know my hubby is getting a good dose every day.
