Is the bottom of the brush holder detachable in order to clean it

Dont think ITS detachable but there is a gap between the black bit and the white section , I think the idea is to let air circulate around it so that any dampness will dry up . This type of brush does not retain water or dirt like conventional toilet brushes do..

Can you take the holder apart to clean it? Or do you have to turn it upside down to let the drips fall out?

This holder does come apart so it can be cleaned better all you have to do is grip the outer case & pull the black part

Is the handle rustproof

Yes, the handle is made of a quality rubberise plastic. I don't think there's any metal parts at all.

Is this grey and white ?

The outside is white with black base. The brush is white handle and grey brush part
