does it come with loopy rope?

How do you mount it safely?

There are multiple ways to mount it, I purchased a kit - search yoga swing hanging kit- and screwed that into a joist in the ceiling. There are also free-standing support poles similar to an outside swing set support, door mounts, and ways to hang it from a tree.

Using a daisy chain makes it adjustable but you can hang it’s directly from the mounts that are sold separately

Does this come with an installation manual?

Yes but it's easier to watch the video online.
