I found that the mixer lived up to everything that was decribed..The mixer has a ton of functions , sounds great , and really feels great as well!!I was sceptical because the mixer offeed so much for the money ,, in the end I am very pleased ! The mixer sounds great! As a really huge suprise , the mixer is built well , it does not feel like a cheap mixer !!I am taken back that I got so much for the money and VERY VERY pleased with that!!!!I had read and also saw complaints on line about the "BBRIGHT BLUE LIGHTS " Which my does not have ,I HAVE GREEN LIGHTS , AND THERE NOT THAT BRIGHT.... Also People had said that ther was no "ZERO POINT" in the EQ KNOBS IN THE MIDDLE", I dont know if this is the newer model or what ...So Far So Good .. VERY PLEASED !!!!!!!!!!WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MIXER .

Tons of abilities at a friendly price.
For a vinyl DJ this is a great mixer. It took a couple weeks to test all its capabilities and it’s performance during. My only minor dislike is the headphone cue locations being too close to the channel volume fader. I also use a rarely found Gemini CD-2000x cd mixer as well So I get a extra 5 cue points and 2 continuous loops per side from that.

Amazing for the price
As a lot of people, i didnt believe at 100% in behringer products (speaking about the quality) but this mixer is amazing for the price.Powerfull cutoff freq filtersGood FadersThe out signal are okGood sampler, and the effects are fineThe only thing that is not as good as other top brand mixers are the knobs, the knobs are medium quality (feel like plastic knobs, but i hope they are going to be resistant to me hehe) and the buttons, pure plastic, but really, for the price i recommend you to buy this thingIn few words, i think they spend all the budget in the inside features, but the knobs and buttons are medium quality

Not built like a tank, but performs like one
Received this mixer in amazing time, 2 days from order to doorstep with standard shipping. I'm a performance dj, doing multiple club events thru out the week as well as doing my own events during the month so I need a mixer that will take night after night of abuse. I've read where some people don't suggest this as a club install, but with optical faders on the channels and the ability to upgrade to optical on the crossfader for less than $60.00 this mixer can take a bit of abuse. One thing that grabbed at me is the ability to customize your outputs for pretty much any scenario. Having storable user presets is also good, when you have multiple dj's with different mixing styles, getting back to your settings is as easy as a few button pushes. Sound quality is amazing, no signal hum. My mixer has one flaw but I'm guessing that'll be sovled by upgrading the crossfader. Tracks are only cut out on the right side of the mixer, but I compensate for this by using the crossfader assign. Besides all this the mulitiple kills, effects, and ability to customize the the set up of the mixer and outputs make this well worth the money. Fader knobs, and eq knobs do feel a bit toyish but with all the features packed into the price the build of the mixer can be over looked, just don't abuse it too much.Mixer update...Aug 23 2011So I've had this mixer for a little bit of time now, since I first purchased it I have upgraded the crossfader to the optical crossfader which was easy to install and is operating amazingly.New things I've found..Okay so I've done a bit of midi mapping it to tracktor using the center 2 channels as normal, the outer channel faders 1 and 4 are my pitch faders, and the eq kills on either side of the mixer are assigned as my cue, and play. I use the effects buttons for pitch nudge. You can play around with this as much as you want but I've found it flexible for mobile applications. As a club mixer this thing has been amazing. It's held up to night after night of abuse, and the ability to change your outputs thru the mixer has eliminated the need for my crossover in my rack unit, i still use compression and gating but its freed up a rack space so i put in a multiband graphic eq.All in all this mixer has performed well beyond what I had hoped it would and it pairs up great with any large format cd player...currently mine rests between two american audio radius 3000's.If you're in a crunch for cash but want something that will not only get you by but you'll be beyond satisfied with then this is the unit for you. Perfect performance, suprising durability and amazing sound.

High quality, great features, low price..
First off...I'm not a professional but I do like quality products, especially well priced one's. This Beringer rocks. The tactile response from the faders is something to get used to...but remember, their optical. No windings to become oxidized or corroded in my humid climate. Another big feature that isn't readily decernable in their ads is that the 2 inputs (two for each channel) are not only switchable on the front panel but include the capability to switch the phono input to a standard RCA input for other equipment...thus giving you the option of plugging up to 8 separate piece's of equipment into the inputs. The phono input is switchable from a phono impedance to a standard RCA rated impedance via a button next to the jack on the back panel. Add the sequencer/sampler, the FX section times two, two mic inputs, and a bunch of features that you have to pay three to four times more for from other manufacturers and you've sold me. The front panel is setup very intuitively and a fast browse through the manual was all I needed to make it all go...what can I say? I really like this unit and think it's an absolute steal... I forgot to mention that I don't DJ and my primary use is as a home studio mixer. I have friends standing in line for my mix's and this is just going to make it better. Good luck all and happy mixing..Oh, and PS> I bought this on Amazon from Sam Ash. It was shipped and I received it in just 3 or 4 days on their free shipping. Koodoo's for Sam Ash and Amazon.
