It works as a replacement for the Costco Ultrabrite light
This was my third attempt to replace the power adapter for the Costco Ultrabrite SL9067-2 lamp that I enjoy a lot (its a goofy looking light with its gooseneck design, but goes from illuminating my desk surface area to going upright and becoming a video call light in one second - super flexible and adjustable). The prior two power adapter purchases came with plugs that were the wrong size for the lamp. This adapter fit, it was somewhat of a tight squeeze to push it in, but it did go in and has worked fine for the past month. Very happy here.

Table lamp from Costco
The original power supply failed so I almost threw it away because I couldn't find a replacement. Luckily I searched Amazon and found one there. Lamp works great now.
