Very nice sunroom
Like every other reviewer has said, the directions are difficult. It took us about 6 hours to put together. Pay attention to orientation of holes and such. We had to undo several times because we had holes placed upside down. If you are not a visual person, the instructions will be very hard. My husband was so confused. I do well with pictures so it worked out.Overall, the structure is really nice. Good quality, seems very sturdy. Ours came with snow poles which was unexpected. There are also brackets to attach it to your home but we opted to just attach it to the deck.We have Trex decking, and we just bolted it into place with some sturdy bolts. Not included. There are holes in the structure that allow you to do that.Overall very happy. Will update as we ecounter weather.

Review after installation
I did not buy this off of Amazon, but I bought the exact one from another site. Since installing it (about 3 days ago), we had one very heavy rain storm.Installation: Like what has been said, no words in the manual, just pictures. For the most part, this isn't bad. There were a few times where trial and error took place. But overall, it really isn't that bad.I put it together myself in about two days. If I had started early and worked all day, I probably could have finished it in a day. I did use my 13 year old daughter to help with the roof. Other than that, you really don't need two people. That being said, it definitely would have been faster with two people. The roof...oh man the roof. The roof was the only difficult part. I would recommend two things. Don't used the nuts that they provided - they all seem to come off, and used three people if possible. It would have taken half the time if I had another set of hands to help.Weatherproofing: Like I stated previously, it rained very hard after I set it up. The water leaked from the side panels...actually quite a lot. I think I can take care of this with some silicon sealant. It looked as if the way the water came off the roof could have made the water entering through the panels worse. So I need to figure something out to funnel the water away from the panels when it rains. It may have also leaked from the design of the windows. It appears that there are basically three channels in the window (The screen and the upper and then the lower plastic window. So because of this the water was entering through the screen and pooling in the middle channel (for the the upper plastic window). I need to look at that problem more to see if it happens again and, if so, what needs to be done.So I have had it for less than a week and overall I am happy with the design, materials, and size. When winter comes and we get a snow storm I'll update how it handles the snow. My advise is, as stated before, read the directions multiple times then plan a long day or two of assembly (and get more than one person if they are available). For a product that was sold out, I was surprised about how little info there was on the internet about it. It is a pricey product, so over the long run, hopefully it is worth it.****update****I have had this for 4 months or so. I am happy with it with a few minor complaints. The main one I am seeing now in winter is that the door slide is on the outside. We have had a few days of rain followed by cold weather. This has caused the water to pool in the door tracks and then freeze causing the door to be frozen shut. I was able to muscle it open a couple of times but the last time I had to use a blow dryer to melt the ice to be able to get it open enough so I was able to go outside and use a screwdriver to remove the ice.The only other complaint would be, again, the design where the water comes in the windows as I said above. The good news is that we have had some ridiculous wind storms here. The first time part of the roof flew off but I blame myself for that. I didn't fully secure the roof but after that time I bought screws and bolts and put extra long screws to hold it down. Since then we have had a few more wind storms and the thing has held up nicely. We will see after a real snow storm how it holds up.

It’s cheaper to build your own!
This is far from worth the money. It comes with a book of poor illustrations and NO WORDS for you to assemble this thing. You will put pieces together, take them back apart, put them back together and then run into the ones with the bent tracks that won’t go together and you’ll wish you never ordered this. The “windows” came all scarred up and drooped in the heat.

Not bad
Not bad. I wasent expecting it to be nice but it's decent. Leaks alot from the windows and the base of the panels. Going to silcone it at the base. Not sure what to do about the windows. Comes with anchor holes and some of the instructions photos are inverted took me 10 hours solo to build a 10x16. Had it on and existing slab and out a 3" rubber flashing around the perimeter.

IT WAS WORTH ALL THE HASSLE!
The 1st shipment had major damage! Not by the manufacturer (SOJAG) or Amazon, but the shippers. Amazon & Sojag worked with us until we finally received all the parts but it took months (3 shipments). It was not easy to assemble. My husband has good knowledge in putting things together but it still took him & a neighbor 2 days. We had a concrete slab poured to place it on, so it's easy to sweep & keep clean. Once it was up, we were pleased with the sturdy metal roof, doors, & frame. The windows are heavy gauge plastic, but the are holding up. We got through a winter storm by keeping the snow from piling on top the roof. We bought furniture, installed a ceiling fan, had dedicated electric lines installed, so we can run a heater or air conditioner. I work remotely so I can now work out in my screenhouse 3 seasons. All our friends love it and so do we!!

Nice screenroom not so nice instructions
We purchased this screen room for our seasonal camper and we are very pleased with it. Assemble for 1 person took about 6-8 hrs - and 1 hr of that was spent unpacking everything - would definitely go quicker with two people. The items came in good shape with only a small dent in one of the panels that we can easily live with. The instructions are NOT the best and I found myself taking things apart just to flip something around or some such because the instructions are not clear - you really have to pay attention to the drawings. The room consists mostly of panels which go together in a snap. Well engineered and designed. My biggest issue was the roof which is made of steel panels. These are heavy and difficult to assemble and the screws are very small and the nuts are as big as an aspirin. But once you get all that done and the final braces go on it becomes a very sturdy structure. So overall impression is good - Directions could be more detailed (just pictures no words) and the roof design could be more efficient/well engineered. So be patient, make sure you have a friend - make sure you look at the pictures for correct orientation and you should be good to go.
