Stopped working after about 5 uses!!

I have had mine for a week and it’s stopped heating up already , really disappointed
Using my composite heater for a week now, and the light has began flashing irregularly and now won’t heat up.Really disappointed considering it’s a vast amount of money we are spending too on this equipment

Blew up after 2 weeks
Charger blew up in surgery causing distress to myself, my nurse and my patient due to the loud bang and flash of light.Worked well for the 2 weeks I’ve had it before this.
