Great for top braces
My 9 year old uses this for sports and it’s works well over his braces. We did have to cut the back as it was a bit too big for his mouth but that was super easy to do with some scissors.

My 9 year has braces and says they are comfortable. They are just alittle long in the back but we cut them back a bit and its perfect. He does have a very small mouth.

Doesn’t hug the braces enough
Unless you clench your teeth the whole time and never open your mouth at all, it’s going to fall out. You’ll spend more time forcing it back in.
