I’ve only had the new one for about 48 hours, but it’s already almost seasoned so I know the seal is good on this one! I highly recommend taking a chance on this, at least you’ll know the company backs up their products.Original post: I wanted a small humidor to store some extra sticks in, since my main humidor is becoming overcrowded. Unfortunately, while this looks beautiful and solid, it has a horrible seal. The hinges are not flush and allowed a large gap to form in the back (failed both the dollar bill and light test). Giving 2 stars for the beautiful craftsmanship.

Excellent for the price. I have around 40 cigars in it currently, and I don't believe the 50 count capacity is possible, unless you only had robustos and/or smaller. It should really be advertised as 30-35 leaving 25% room for air. With 40 the humidifier is too close to the cigars. Still, again for the money, it will do.The lid fits nicely, the hinge is sturdy and precise, and it holds humidity. Would buy this brand again. Just, again, not with putting up to 50 cigars in it. 35 max, and you'll be good.

Great construction and size for smaller amounts of cigars. The built in humidor works well and holds a perfect 70-80% humidity and is easy to maintain.

This is a nice looking box for the money. It has held together well for the past year. It is just a little hard to maintain the humidity level. I have to maintain it every week.

Seems the finish scratches easily, BUT it holds the humidity really well. Even when I reloaded it with over 20 cigars, it only dropped from 72% (same as the Boveda packs I have in it) to 69% and came back up to 72%.Smells like fresh cedar and cigars when I open it.Overall very happy with it.

This is an outstanding humidor. The quality and craftsmanship is next to none. It seasoned beautifully and with the gel humidifier, it maintains the humidity well. The accessories are the cherry on top of the cake!! Great great product!

The humidor arrived safely and was well packaged. I have no negative input except the instructions regarding the attainment of the required humidity.The instructions indicated that the humidor should be immersed in distilled waster, which I felt was overkill.I researched you tube and the technique of wetting with a sponge seemed more reasonable…it worked.I have a stable humidity and ready to fill with some Cuban cigars.

The box itself looks good and classy (until you touch it), and the included accessories are fine. However, there are the following issues :1. It is not sealed tightly enough.2. Once you attach the hygrometer or humidifier, good luck trying to remove them for battery replacement or refilling.3. The divider is slightly larger than the box width, making it impossible to insert it perpendicularly.4. The dropper is missing. (Maybe it is just my order)
