In addition Nestle purchased the company for $2.3 billion and has reformulated as removed 30-50% of the nutrition of the Original formula “Vitamin Code: Men’s” They also no longer list from what there vitamins are sourced, calling into question if these are any better than any generic vitamin.

This question was from a long time ago, but if you have ever taken a nutrition class, you likely learned that iron interferes with the absorption of almost all other nutrients. In other words, It is great that this multivitamin does not have iron. If you need to supplement with iron it should be taken at a separate meal than your multi.

Q: What's the difference this and living multi line?

I have compared these two in the past, and noted that the Vitamin Code is a more complete vitamin. Also, the Vitamin Code product is raw, organic, whole food vitamin. I would suggest visiting Garden of Life's website and comparing nutritional information. I have been taking the Vitamin Code Multivitamins for several months now and I notice that these are absorbed by my body more completely than other major brands. I will add I feel better and have noticed more energy than before.

No, the amount of probiotics is 500 million CFU, for context a GT’s Kombucha contains 9 billion organisms, 1800% more. So about equal to dipping your finger in a kombucha or 1/1800th of a bottle. The amount of probiotics is not meaningful and more of a marking choice than a source, so you do not have to refrigerate. This company was purchased by Nestle and as of 2022 has been reformulated to contain 30-50% of the Original formula.
