Very comfortable
This is so comfortable to use and it stays in place when turning over which surprised me. I would recommend this. My shoulders and knees are better too

I use this as a pillow to support my neck which has spondylitis. It's brilliant as a neck support, not used it on my knees though.

soft and deformable
It’s comfy, but way too soft so it does not provide enough support for my back ache as it is deformable. I’m struggling to find another like my first purchase which looked identical and was a lot firmer

Sadly was not comfortable, wider and harder than expected, did not cushion my legs as advertised pretty disappointing especially with Osteoarthritis.
