Apple iPad Air (10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) Space Gray (Renewed)

I recently purchased a renewed 2019 Apple iPad Air (3rd Gen) from Chrome Source on Amazon and was very pleased. The iPad arrived in excellent condition—clean, scratch-free, and fully functional. Not bad for it being refurbished. Works really great. I was reading some reviews on here how some got them glitching or they would turn off but I guess I got lucky. Worth my money. I get these for my 5 year old. I refuse to buy him a new one when these kids break stuff easily. So worth it.

This iPad Air arrived (honestly much to my surprise) perfectly packaged, and the condition shocked me. I read several bad reviews, but this Air was literally perfect. Zero scratches on the screen, no dead pixels, no dents or chips, even the lightning port and headphone jack were flawless and dust free! (which is always a tell tale sign of use and quality) the battery health hooked up to coconut battery was 94%! This being from 2019 is an amazing value, also as it will support iOS 26 in the fall and most likely iOS 27.

If you are looking for something to game or create art on that is almost like new, and doesn't break the bank I’d say give it a try. The iPad was easy to set up, battery life is great and the screen is like new. I typically use this for apps like Procreate and it’s perfect!

I have absolutely loved this iPad so far. I use it for research and writing as well as for livestreaming and learning music. It's sleek and lightweight but is definitely well-built. It looks brand new and operates pretty much perfectly. Sometimes I notice the screen does not respond for a few seconds, but I looked it up and this is apparently common in thus model of the iPad, and doesn't have anything to do with the "renewed" status. The battery lasts days at a time with moderate use and will last pretty much all day even with heavier use. It was so fast and easy to set up. I bought it because I enjoy the one my work provided for work, but wanted my own. My work gave us all an iPad pro for use in our classrooms. I honestly don't notice a huge difference between this iPad and the Pro other than maybe the Cameras. I was really nervous to buy renewed but just couldn't justify a brand new iPad price. I'm so glad I did it. It had been perfect for what I needed.

Very good product no scratches on the screen speakers and buttons and everything are normal. There is a slight dead pixel on the screen not noticeable when using it though. Very good for the price you should def buy on a budget. Battery life is sufficient not amazing but definitely Okay.

Talk about problems. First time I ever purchased a renewed iPad. Bought it in September 2024 and bought an asurion policy now in July 2025 the iPad is having intermittent problems. Just hanging at a gray screen. Asurion says it still covered under manufacture warranty. Troubleshooting with apple support did not fix the issue and will be a fee to repair. Asurion is not giving me any support so I would say don’t waste your money on an Amazon renewed iPad because it’s not going to be worth the money. This will be the last time I waste money buying an asurion policy.

This is a really great unit. My daughter hasn’t had any issues with this device. Came in clean and in great condition.
