What is the diamanter of the bottom and also half way up the candle?

Height is 2.5" inches , Diameter (Width) of the bottom is 1.75" inches

I timed one of these. The environmental conditions at the time was with a box fan set on low setting, fan was approximately 3 ft high. I did it in a semi closed environment, basically my living room which is 10ft x 13ft. The candle burned about 9 1/2 hrs. The glass can be reused after cleaning. You can put t -lites or bare votive candles in them.

Does it includes the votine candle inside like shown in the pictures?

Yes they are included, its a great deal for the quality of the candles. I ordered 2 boxes, and definitely would recommend buying them.
