Fab piece of kit!
I don't often leave reviews but felt I had to for this. An all round great piece of kit for the price, image quality is perfect and really easy to use. I've used it for some PCB circuit repairs already and it's so much better than the magnifier I was using. This is a game changer for me and will mean I can take on even smaller and more complex repairs. I used something similar to this several years ago in a lab environment which would have cost £100s of pounds. This is easily as good if not better with the built in screen and ability to record and take images all in one unit. All in all I am 100% happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone who needs to do intricate PCB repairs and I'm sure there's 101 more other fun uses for it that I haven't even thought of yet, I bet my 7 year old will enjoy playing with it too if I let them! :-D

Very easy to use, and connect to pc and use with obs
I struggle with my soldering so I needed something to help me out, this was it.Off the bat, yeah its hard to judge depth perspective for sure, if that matters highly your better off going for binocular optical microscope... I on the other hand was tempted more by this for the connect to PC feature, it works perfect. Even through the OBS software so I can get help from people online and they can watch me solder and talk me through things. That alone was worth the price, which on that note was shocking, really wasn't expecting much but it blew me away for the price.Image quality is flawless, I have no complaints and again like any of my other reviews if I felt the need to update a review due to change in feelings about a product then I will do, but so far so good!

Very impressed
The image quality far exceeded my expectations considering the price point (especially when you remove the small cap from the lens cover 😊). It is also really easy to set up and use. My only slight criticism is that the instructions regarding fitting the UV filter / protective lens to the lens cover could be clearer. The UV filter is threaded, but is to be stuck to the lens cover with the 3M sticker provided. I guess this could be a post-design modification or just adapting of a generic part.

Great for precision soldering
I used it mainly for precision soldering tasks, particularly with 0.5mm solder joints. After using it extensively, I'm pleased to share my experience with this device.Setting up the microscope was straightforward. The adjustable stand is sturdy and allows for easy positioning, which is critical when working on small components. The range of magnification was more than sufficient for my needs, allowing me to see even the tiniest details of the solder joints clearly. The LED lighting is another strong point. The adjustable lights ensure that the workspace is well-lit without causing glare, which can be a problem with some other microscopes I've used in the past. This feature significantly reduces eye strain, making long sessions more comfortable. The clarity and magnification levels made it easy to see the joints and ensure precise placement of the solder. This was particularly important for the 0.5mm solder joints I was working on. The microscope's ability to zoom in closely helped me avoid mistakes and achieve a clean, professional result every time.I was able to solder without it but with it, makes it simpler, faster and I know exactly what I am soldering. The detailed view helped me identify tiny faults and defects that would be nearly impossible to see with the naked eye.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the microscope and I'd buy it again.

Excellent
I bought this for surface mount electronics work and circuit board repair, hoping that the screen would be big and clear enough and that the magnification would be sufficient. No need to worry! An excellent bit of kit for an excellent price. Very pleased

Not bad at all!
Bought it to have a microscope that doesn't need a computer to work. This is a very good set. It comes with USB charger 5V 2A, and a fancy cable which has a remote for lights.it's done as a one part so no messy cables all over. Its one cable that has 3 cables. One USB to connect to LCD + microscope, one to connect power to, and one to the base. You can also connect it to PC, works like a normal camera. The remote is great if You do not want to move things around. You can "zoom in" which is basically crops, it is not a digital zoom. All photos were made from a close distance as per 1st photo. Photo 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 is an inside of an EPROM, very cool magnification, You can even see when this chip was made.Resolution 1280x720, You can do video in 720p. microSD card slot is also useful.Great small item, with good magnification. Very sharp image. Will update if it fails or develop issues. If You do not see an update, it means I didn't find any.
